SSL Ranking: Top Women

At the top of the list is Vilma Bobeck from Sweden with 4,883 points. In 2024, she had a remarkable season, winning silver at the Paris Olympics in the 49erFX class. In second place is Anna Munch with 3,973 points. Munch had a great year in 2025, finishing fourth at the World Championships and taking gold at the European Championships. Her results show steady progress and strong competitiveness at the top level.

Third in the ranking is Laura Grondin, who scored 3,939 points. Grondin won gold at the 2025 J70 World Championship and silver at the Melges 20 World Championship. She was also recently recognized as Rolex Women of the Year 2025, an honor announced last week, highlighting her achievements and impact in sailing.

These three women define the top of the women’s sailing world in 2025. Bobeck leads with Olympic and World Championship medals, Munch impresses with European and World results, and Grondin shines with world titles and prestigious awards, showing that women’s sailing is as competitive and exciting as ever.
